Chuck Smith is an associate within Celent
Communications' business development group in the firm's Boston
office. His current territory is New England.
Mr. Smith's strength lies in customer
management, customer retention and new client acquisition. He has
worked extensively with Global 500 financial institutions, leading
software and hardware vendors, management consultancies and systems
integrators.
Prior to joining Celent, Mr. Smith was an
Account Executive with the Cutter Consortium. While at Cutter
he was responsible for identifying new business opportunities as well as
the management of existing client relationships. Prior to Cutter,
Mr. Smith served as an Account Manager on Forrester Research's
Global Account team.
Mr. Smith received his BA in marketing from
Bentley College.
