Abstract

With mobile banking and payments being the topic du jour for every part of every financial institution, Senior Vice President Bart Narter and the Celent Banking group offered a chance to learn about the opportunities and challenges that mobile poses in corporate banking, and what they really mean. The sessions explored not just the how and whys but also the broader issues, from the impact on more traditional channels to the requirements to provide a seamless multichannel service.
