Abstract

With the growing importance of efficient and digital customer communications, insurance companies need to look for advanced document management systems.

In the report Document Automation for Insurers: 2014 ABCD Vendor View, Celent looks at 14 systems. The report also awards four document automation systems XCelent Awards for Technology, Functionality, Customer Base, and Service.
