Abstract

Celent provides a detailed look at 23 core systems for global specialty products. The report focuses on the specialty property and casualty systems in four specific markets. The intended reader of this report is the specialty insurer based in the US, Bermuda, Europe, or London Market.

In the report Global Specialty Core Systems 2014, Celent looks at 23 policy administration systems and claims systems available to specialty lines insurers globally. The report complements a series on policy administration systems (PAS) in North America, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia.

“The systems available to specialty insurers have seen a significant maturing in both their productisation and their capabilities,” says Craig Beattie, Senior Analyst with Celent’s Insurance Group and author of the report. “Today’s specialty lines insurer will be pleasantly surprised by the availability of multiple modern, scalable solutions available which can address both efficiency and agility concerns within the insurer.
