Abstract

Jamie Macgregor and Nicolas Michellod, Senior Analysts with Celent's Insurance Group, provide the results of a survey Celent launched in the frame of its biennnial EMEA life and pension policy administration systems report. This webinar presented a dynamic view on EMEA vendors and the perceptions of their systems among insurers compared to our 2009 research across three geographies: United Kingdom, Continental Europe, and Eastern Europe.

This webinar draws on findings from the Celent report EMEA Policy Administration Systems 2011: Life and Pension ABCD Vendor View as well as the upcoming report Life Insurers' Perceptions of Policy Administration Systems: A European Tour.
