What's Next: The Search for Disruptive Innovation

by Craig Weber, October 25, 2013

Celent’s latest conference to explore innovation focused on where the opportunities for innovation lie and how firms can position themselves to take advantage of them. Using the San Francisco location, we looked outside the financial services industry to see how companies in other industries are succeeding and what financial institutions can do to replicate their success. We also turned the spotlight on successful firms within the financial services industry. What are they doing and how can companies benefit from their experiences?

This conference featured content from all three of our research practices, Banking, Insurance, and Securities & Investments, in order to capitalize on the symbiotic relationship among all three, and examined a variety of best practices, giving attendees a sneak preview of the future trends coming into play.
